The fastest way to reach us is email. Message support@earnsy.gg from the address on your account and include your username and a short description of the issue — screenshots help.

We reply to support requests within 1–2 business days.

For anything involving a payout or your balance, include the reward you chose and the date so we can find it quickly.

You earn points by completing activities in the app:

• Offers — trying apps and services
• Surveys — sharing your opinion
• Games — earning while you play
• Daily streaks and missions — coming back regularly
• Referrals — inviting friends

Points appear on your balance once an activity is confirmed. Some rewards need the provider to verify your completion first, so they may take a little time to show up.

Certain earnings — mainly from purchase, subscription, and shopping offers — post as clearing before they become available to cash out. This is normal: the provider that funds the reward can still cancel or refund an action for a short window, so we let those points settle first.

Clearing points are shown on your wallet with the date they become available. Surveys and most quick offers clear right away.

You can redeem points for gift cards or PayPal, delivered to your email. 1,000 points = $1.

• Your first cash-out has a $25 minimum. After that, the minimum is $5.
• Verified members are paid automatically; other payouts are reviewed within 1–3 business days.
• Rewards are sent by email through our fulfillment partner — check your inbox and spam folder.

Haven't received a reward you redeemed? Give it a few hours, check spam, then email support@earnsy.ggwith the reward and date and we'll track it down.

Occasionally a provider reverses an offer after crediting it — for example if a purchase is refunded, a trial is cancelled, or the completion is later flagged as invalid. When that happens, the points for that offer are removed from your balance. This is why some earnings clear before they can be withdrawn.

• Forgot your password? Use “Forgot password” on the login screen to get a reset link by email.
• Protect your account by enabling two-factor authentication in Settings → Security.

If you think someone else has accessed your account, contact support@earnsy.ggright away and we'll help you secure it.

Verifying your identity is optional, but it unlocks automatic payouts and lifts the cash-out limit for unverified accounts. We use a trusted verification partner and only ask for it to keep payouts secure and prevent fraud.

You can review how we handle your data in our Privacy Policy, and delete your account and its data anytime from Settings → Delete account or by emailing support@earnsy.gg.
