Delete your account

You can delete your Earnsy account and its associated data in either of these ways:

In the app: sign in, then open Settings → Delete accountand confirm. We'll email you a confirmation and process the request.

By email: if you can't sign in, email support@earnsy.ggfrom the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We may ask you to verify that you own the account before we proceed.

Once your request is processed, we remove the personal data tied to your account, including:

• Your name and email address
• Account credentials and profile
• Points balance, XP, level, and streaks
• Referral relationships and notification preferences
• Activity and device signals linked to your account

Deletion is permanent. Any unredeemed points are forfeited when your account is deleted and cannot be restored.

We retain a limited set of records only where we're required to for legal, tax, accounting, security, and fraud-prevention reasons — for example transaction and payout records, and abuse-prevention logs.

• Kept: transaction, payout, and fraud-prevention records needed for compliance
• Retention period: up to 5 years, or the minimum required by applicable law, after which they are deleted or anonymized
• These records are not used to re-identify or market to you after your account is deleted

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days, and we'll email you once your account has been deleted. Any records we're legally required to keep are removed or anonymized at the end of the retention period described above.
