Terms of Service

Earnsy is a rewards platform where you can earn points by completing eligible third-party offers, surveys, games, app-related tasks, daily streaks, missions, and referrals.

Points may be redeemable for gift cards or cash-equivalent rewards once you meet the payout requirements.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher) and located in a country where Earnsy is available. Earnsy is currently available in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia; availability and specific rewards may vary by country.

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You may create only one account.
• You must keep your login credentials secure.
• Earnsy may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that violate these Terms.

• One account per person.
• No shared accounts.
• No selling, transferring, or renting accounts.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must verify your email if required.
• Earnsy may require additional verification before payout.

• 1,000 points equals $1.00 USD for Earnsy’s internal rewards calculation.
• Rewards are issued for your country of residence and delivered in your local currency and catalog — for example, a member in the United Kingdom receives UK gift cards. Available brands, denominations, and currency depend on your country and the reward-fulfillment provider.
• The minimum payout is 25,000 points ($25.00) for a user’s first cash-out and 5,000 points ($5.00) for each payout after that, unless changed in the app.
• Points have no cash value until redeemed through an approved payout.
• Points are not bank deposits, stored value, securities, or guaranteed cash.
• Points cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside Earnsy.
• Earnsy may correct point errors, duplicate rewards, reversals, or ledger mistakes.
• Earnsy may change reward rates, payout options, or earning opportunities with notice when appropriate.

• Offers, surveys, games, and app tasks are provided by third parties.
• Availability varies by user, location, device, provider, and advertiser.
• Earnsy does not guarantee that any offer will be available or approved.
• You must follow the offer instructions exactly.
• Rewards may be pending while providers verify completion.
• Providers may approve, reject, delay, or reverse conversions.
• If a provider reverses or rejects an offer, Earnsy may reverse related points, bonuses, streak rewards, mission rewards, or referral rewards.
• Missing-reward claims may require investigation and are not guaranteed.

• You may request a payout once you meet the minimum — 25,000 points ($25.00) for your first payout, then 5,000 points ($5.00) — and eligibility requirements.
• Verifying your identity is optional, but it is required to cash out more than $25.00 in total (see “Identity Verification” below).
• If your identity is verified, eligible payouts are processed automatically. If it is not, payouts are subject to manual review and are limited to $25.00 in total until you verify.
• New or higher-risk accounts may have payout holds, and payouts may be manually reviewed.
• Rewards are delivered electronically (for example, by email) through our third-party reward-fulfillment provider.
• Payouts may be delayed, denied, reversed, or cancelled if activity is suspicious, fraudulent, reversed by a provider, or violates these Terms.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery email; Earnsy is not responsible for a reward sent to an incorrect address you provided.
• Reward availability and payout timing may vary.

To protect users and prevent fraud, Earnsy may verify your identity before or when you redeem rewards. Verification is optional, but it is required to cash out more than $25.00 in total. Verified members receive automatic payouts; unverified members are limited to $25.00 in total payouts and are subject to manual review.

• Verification is performed by a third-party identity-verification provider and may require a valid, unexpired government-issued ID and a selfie.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete verification information and to submit clear, readable images when asked.
• Earnsy receives only the verification result and a reference; the underlying ID images are held by the provider and handled under our Privacy Policy.
• If you refuse or fail verification, or provide false, incomplete, or misleading information, Earnsy may delay, deny, withhold, reverse, or forfeit rewards or payouts and may suspend or close your account.
• Earnsy may also request identity or eligibility verification as part of routine or targeted account reviews.

• Rewards, such as gift cards or cash-equivalent rewards, are digital and delivered electronically — typically to the email associated with your account or a delivery address you provide.
• Once a reward has been delivered (including where a gift-card code or cash transfer has been issued), the redemption is final and the redeemed points cannot be re-credited, reversed, or refunded, except as required by law.
• If a reward cannot be delivered or fails to deliver, Earnsy may cancel the redemption and restore the associated points so you can redeem again; Earnsy is not liable for any inability to do so.
• Gift cards are redeemable only with the applicable issuer or merchant and are subject to that issuer’s terms. Earnsy is not the issuer and is not responsible for an issuer’s goods, services, or refusal to honor a gift card.
• The risk of loss for a delivered reward passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for safeguarding gift-card codes; Earnsy is not responsible for loss, theft, or unauthorized use of a reward after delivery.

• Streaks, XP, missions, badges, levels, and bonuses are promotional and gamification features.
• They may change over time.
• Check-in rewards may require account eligibility before becoming withdrawable.
• Offer streaks and mission bonuses may be pending until related provider activity is approved.
• Earnsy may remove or reverse bonuses connected to fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, or reversed offers.

Referral rewards are only awarded when the referred user qualifies. Qualification may require:

• A verified email
• One approved offer completion
• Passing fraud checks

• Self-referrals are prohibited.
• Duplicate accounts, fake accounts, household or device abuse, VPN or proxy abuse, or incentivized referral abuse may lead to denial, reversal, suspension, or account closure.
• Earnsy may change or end the referral program.

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts
• Use fake information
• Use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, or click farms
• Use VPNs or proxies to bypass restrictions or manipulate offers
• Spoof device, location, browser, or tracking data
• Tamper with postbacks, URLs, click IDs, or tracking systems
• Complete offers fraudulently or in bad faith
• Abuse referrals
• Sell or transfer accounts
• Harass support or admins
• Attempt to exploit bugs
• Submit false missing-reward claims
• Use Earnsy for illegal activity
• Misrepresent Earnsy in promotions or referral content
• Make misleading income claims about Earnsy

To protect users and the platform, Earnsy may:

• Review activity
• Request verification
• Hold rewards
• Deny payouts
• Reverse points
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Block devices, IPs, or payout methods
• Remove referrals or bonuses
• Preserve records for fraud prevention and legal compliance

Earnsy’s fraud and payout decisions may consider provider data, device signals, IP and network patterns, account history, payout-destination reuse, reversal rates, and referral behavior.

If you promote Earnsy as a user, affiliate, partner, or promoter, you may not:

• Claim guaranteed income
• Say users can get rich
• Claim rewards are instant if they are not
• Hide material relationships
• Use fake screenshots or fake payout claims
• Misrepresent payout timing or availability
• Impersonate Earnsy or third-party brands

All paid or incentivized promotions must clearly disclose the relationship.

• Earnsy may link to third-party offer providers, survey providers, games, apps, payout providers, and reward-fulfillment providers.
• Earnsy does not control all third-party content, decisions, eligibility rules, or verification timelines.
• Your interaction with third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

You are responsible for any taxes related to rewards, payouts, or incentives. Earnsy may request information or issue tax forms if required by law.

• You may request account deletion or closure.
• Earnsy may retain certain records for fraud prevention, accounting, legal, audit, payout, and dispute purposes.
• Closing an account may forfeit pending, unapproved, or non-withdrawable points unless the law requires otherwise.

• Earnsy is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• Earnsy does not guarantee offer availability, reward approval, payout speed, or uninterrupted service.
• Rewards depend on your eligibility, provider verification, fraud checks, and payout availability.
• Earnings are not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Earnsy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost rewards, lost data, or service interruptions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shingledorgen LLC and its officers, employees, and service providers from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of Earnsy, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Earnsy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, except where mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Earnsy may update the service, rewards, payout options, earning methods, fraud controls, or these Terms. If you continue using Earnsy after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
